John S Pulham Ll.B. (Hons) (London 1972)
John was a partner of the Ipswich based firm Jackaman Smith & Mulley for 22 years from 1977 to 1999 and was the head of the Commercial Law Team with a special expertise in Landlord and Tenant issues and Charities and one of the principal practitioners in the probate field with special expertise in taxation and estate planning. John had been the partner in charge of the Saxmundham branch of Jackamans for nine years before taking the office there under his own separate control in May 1999. He was Clerk to the Income tax General Commissioners until these were disbanded in March 2009. He lives locally and is a member of several local organisations and Councils, and was Chairman of the Parish Council where he lives for a number of years until January 2007.

Candy Morris
Candy approached us for a training contract with a very attractive CV and she duly completed her qualification with our firm achieving high marks in her qualifying exams. Candy has a 2:1 honours degree in law from Nottingham Trent University. She is married with two young children, enjoys all forms of sport, especially netball, and is married to a sports lecturer and former rugby scrum-half.
Candy has become extremely proficient in all major areas of Private Client work including conveyancing, land registration and the mental capacity issues which arises with Wills and Powers of Attorney. She has earned the greatest respect from all local estate agents and developers for her efficient and industrious ability at work.
Sharon M Brett
Sharon is a local personality who up-graded her secretarial skills many years ago and now has a skilled mastery of probate adminstration. Sharon enjoys the benefit of the latest computerised probate package from Sweet & Maxwell which ensures that all assets, liabilites and entitlements are accurately and quickly processed, prefers to handle all money transactions electronically either by BACS (three day) or CHAPS (same day) payments. Sharon is highly skilled in this huge and technical field and handles most technical Inheritance Taxation and drafting issues with complete confidence. Sharon also deals with all of the firm’s accountancy and book-keeping matters.
